• Ian Strange has become a renown name in Art with previous works like “Surburban” that was released at the National Gallery of Victoria & “Final Act” located at the Canterbury Museum, Christchurch. The Australian artist showed of his latest work at 2014 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art with a piece he gave the name “Landed“. This masterpiece is a recreation of a 1920’s home similar to the one Strange grew up in. He placed this half established home, which appears to be partially placed underground, in front of the Art Gallery of South Australia & plays off the Neo-Classical architecture that sits behind his installation. The concept gives a remnant to the Wizard Of Oz theme.
