• A long and wide corridor, dramatic lighting and simple geometry make up the new refurbishment done by ISV Architects on what was once a1960’s villa project. Villa 153 was recently redesigned in order to meet a modern family’s needs. After demolishing most of the initial building, the original structure was the only thing that was kept and then repaired. With the atmosphere and minimalism of the villa being emphasized, light colors including white, beige and grey set the tone. This two level villa located in Kifisia, Greece was started in 2007 and finally fully depicted in 2012. All construction ended earlier this year.
