~ Retail shop UNDERCOVER’s Hong Kong Renewal space, the brand’s designer, Jun Takahashi, narrates a video explaining the store’s concept.With many amazing features in the new locationone main attraction is the lightbulb installation consisting of 20,000 individual bulbs, exploring the “mass and accumulation of an object.” Another focal point is the large classical painting by Joachim Patinir, a piece of art chosen for its reflection of Takahashi’s sensibilities, and its exploration of the struggle between good and evil, and heaven and earth – all of which communicates the design language of UNDERCOVER.
