October’s Very Own, Aubrey Graham better known as Drake, has decided to part ways with his Beverly Hills estate that has been an architectural safe haven for the Toronto-native. Recently listed, the 10-bedroom, 22 bathroom, 25,000-square-foot masterfully designed mansion was purchased by Drake just last year and has turned around to be placed right back on the market.

Paying the top dollar, Drake purchased this 19,75 acre estate for $75 million USD but has decided to place it on the market for $88 million USD. Subtlety set in the mountains; the mansion has a design history that stems back to the late 1990s. A prolific team of architects formulated to bring this Tuscan-styled home to life.

The estate has neutral interiors with highlights including a double-height foyer dressed with grand staircase, living room and two fireplaces. Additionally, perfectly placed is a wine cellar, gym, an elevator, as well as a kitchen with dual islands.
