Recently Unveiled is Twisted Automotive’s lates special project dubbed the ‘TBug’ which is the re-imaged version of the Baja Bug. Taking the popularized classic Bug and renovating it’s body and demeanor to a rebellious build geared for multiple terrains.
This rendition holds more than a traditional restoration but is striped down to bare principles. The chassis is sealed and strengthened, long-travel suspension added and oversized BFG tires set for rough roads and sand dunes. Doubled in horsepower, the TBug stays under 80 hp to maintain a pure, connected driving experience. The uniqueness of this series is placed in each TBug built as no one car is like the other.
The TBug will debut May 29 at Twisted’s Kensington Mews showroom, with price available upon request via the automaker’s official site.
