Design| NOT A HOTEL Unveils New Hotel Brands, Heritage and Vertex

NOT A HOTEL Co., Ltd. has expanded their portfolio yet again with their latest announcement of two new distinct brands: HERITAGE by NOT A HOTEL & vertex by NOT A HOTEL. This expansion steps the brand into the public hotel sector all while maintaining their goal to provide futuristic development designs.

The dual branding ventures are brilliantly separated by their design focus and aesthetic intentions. HERITAGE focuses on the revitalizing of historic structures with the intentions to preserve traditional architecture and move traditions forward. The vertex branding is dedicated to cutting edge designs and futuristic aesthetics that tell a story of modern design. For the joint brands, their first venture will be a hotel venture tucked away in Okinawa, Japan and designed by the internationally renowned Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA). The venture anchors Zaha Hadid Architects into their first ever hotel project located in Japan. The design itself integrates the natural scenery and take the rich environment of Okinawa into consideration while placing the structure in a “float” state as it sits above the landscape to minimize environmental impact and provide stunning ocean views.

Grand opening dates are yet to be shared but the HERITAGE and vertex NOT A HOTEL release is gearing up and highly anticipated as this journey’s the brand into providing the public the opportunity to share in their design and architecture world.
