Music| Music News: NY Rapper Pop Smoke Dies At 20 Years Old

As no one is looking for any more sad news regarding the Hip-Hop culture, we turn around to some very unfortunate news that New York rapper Pop Smoke has passed today. In what TMZ calls a home invasion, the 20 year old rapper was fatally shot in the Hollywood Hills at 4:30 Am PST.  He was announced dead shortly after being rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood.

Pop Smoke is a newly rising artist who has been recently spearheading the New York drill sound that many state is influenced by the UK music scene. Pop Smoke gracefully welcomed the new energy and became a renown voice for the modern musical wave. He made his strond debut last summer with his hit record  “Welcome to the Party”, which was shortly followed up by the star-studded single Meet The Woo 2 featuring  Quavo, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Fivio Foreign and Lil Tjay.

News| Sad To Announce The Passing Of Enthusiast Anthony @Bourdain at Age 61


For aspiring journalist, world travelers, food-enthusiast and just people of positive energy, we join them in the heart-break of losing one of media’s leading spokespeople. Early this morning, according to CNN, Anthony Bourdain has passed at the age of 61. The renown foods-smith was found early this morning in his France hotel room by Chef Eric Ripert unresponsive. According to sources at CNN this was death by suicide. Anthony built a honorable career of doing as he put it “Whatever The F*ck He Wanted” by traveling the globe, eating at the most exotic foods, prepared by the best chefs.

This lost hits home for us at G.O.O.D Garbs and across the world as the love, pain, and appreciation of this journalistic rock-star. Cnn stated today stating the following:

“It is with extraordinary sadness we can confirm the death of our friend and colleague, Anthony Bourdain. His love of great adventure, new friends, fine food and drink and the remarkable stories of the world made him a unique storyteller. His talents never ceased to amaze us and we will miss him very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughter and family at this incredibly difficult time.”
