Watches| Minase Offers New Limited-Edition Time-Teller in Dark Theme Aesthetic

Hailing from Japan as an independent horologist brand, is the rising name of Minase, which has surfaced to showcase their new Horizon GEN DLC in a limited 25-piece release.

The Horizon GEN DLC, is adorned in a dark, depth and mysterious aesthetic dedicated to the history of the term ‘GEN’ which refers to the Romanized spelling of the “玄” kanji character. This influence is showcased in the time-tellers color palette. Developed from the Minase signature Horizon design, the watch is dipped in a DLC black coating, gloss and finish. In a tonal design, the watch’s PVD-covered dial stars as a highlighted feature along with the 38mm in case diameter.

This limited edition is powered by the watch’s 50-hour power reserve along with the Swiss-made movement. The caliber of the Horizon GEN DLC is based on the ETA 2892 ébauches and is completed with an ETACHRON regular system.

The Horizon GEN DLC is now available for purchase via Minase’s official website for 4,700 CHF (around $5,300 USD).
