Cars| Rivian Debuts Their Latest R2, R3 & R3X Models

Newcomer and Innovator in the electric automotive industry, Rivian has been buzzing with newly released vehicles and seem to continue with that momentum as 2024 moves into a newer seasons.

Since forming in 2009, Rivian has made headlines as being the first fully electric pick-up truck designer with their debut in 2021. Looking to expand, Rivian is now unveiling their updated fleet of new additions. The Rivian R2, R3 and R3X models are the new face changing choices that are gaining much attention. With headway in SUVs and pick-ups, Rivian is now attacking the midsize vehicle circuit. The R2 is more of a midsize SUV while the R3 plays as a midsize crossover. Both vehicles are primed for travel in the city as well as on & off-road terrains while offering unique electric choices and features. Features such as two battery size choices – the larger of the two providing over 300 miles on a single charge and 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds.

The new fleet isn’t expected to hit the road until 2026 but the r2 has an expected price tag of $45,000 USD while the R3 will be slightly cheaper.
