Renowned developer and operator of luxury resort and residential golf destinations, The Cabot Collection has recently announced their acquiring of Golf Du Médoc Resort, which has become a haven for wine and golf enthusiasts in the heart of Bordeaux, France.

The lavish landscape, now named Cabot Bordeaux, sits on 400 acres of verdant landscape, tucked between rolling vineyards and picturesque French countryside. Marking this as Cabot’s first official continental European location, the enchanted terrain offers visitors a harmonious blend of luxurious wine country sophistication and laidback charm. Home to two full 18-hole championship golf courses, which were designed by acclaimed architects Bill Coore and Rod Whitman, both courses are acclaimed as some of the best in the world.

Cabot Bordeaux features a 79-room resort accompanied by refined restaurant showcasing regional French cuisine and world-class spa featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, hammam, fitness room and variety of treatments. Also located on the 400 acres is the Bernard Pascassio Training Center, complete with golf simulation rooms, a practice course configuration, TaylorMade fitting room and more.

Playing on the green at Bordeaux is a jump back into history as the course brilliantly details the essence of golf architecture in France, paying homage to what could have been. Cabot is set out to re-establish the courses rich history by recapture the firmness of both courses and reintroduce their undeniable character.
