Fashion| Mercer Amsterdam Teams w/ ’47 to Delivers A MLB Capsule Collection

Dutch fashion powerhouse Mercer Amsterdam has recently unveiled their latest collaboration campaign with MLB & ’47. The capsule collection is focused on five MLB teams – New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Oakland A’s, Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets – all featured on a range of caps, jackets and t-shirts dedicated to the selective team.

’47’s contribution is best highlighted in the range of Clean-Up Baserunner caps that feature 100% Loro Piana cashmere. Each cap is also accompanied by a special embroidered “Mercer Brand” logo on the side along with an unstructured crown and dark green under visor. The series of caps are limited to 100 examples for each team and priced at $199 USD. Loro Piana’s Italian cashmere is also utilized on the Polo Varsity Jacket which compliments the cashmere caps from colorway to motifs. These are also set to a limit which is 50 for the jackets and have a price tag of $899 USD.

The range continues with the addition of the Subway Jacket which is only offered for three of the teams: Navy for the Yankees, Beige for the Sox and Khaki for the Mets. These pieces also feature Halley Stevensons’ heavy-duty 12 oz cotton fabrication, dark brown collar and button closures. These are also limited to just 50 iterations and priced at $499 USD. The lowest priced item in the collection at $89 USD is the Batdog Tees which arrive in five variants. Limited to 150 pieces each, the white T-shirts are made from 100% cotton from Portugal and feature a classic, regular fit.

The Mercer Brand x MLB ’47 collection will be available to shop via the brand’s official website on December 12.
