The diamond-certified West Coast rapper Roddy Ricch has returned with the announcement of his forthcoming studio album, THE NAVY ALBUM, set out for 2025. To aid this announcement, Roddy also gave his fans a new heart-felt single dubbed ‘Lonely Road‘ featuring acclaimed producer/artist Terrace Martin.
The song features production from Turbo, while Roddy and Terrace offer their unique skillsets to the record. Roddy, the cinematic song writer creates an evoking song about the rough trails of success and life in general. His proclamation to take care of his loved ones and those closest to him keeps him going. Roddy Ricch also provides a film-like visual to go along with the single release. Showing of young angels playing in the city streets they may also have lost their lives, plays to the witty wordplay from Ricch.
Both the release of “Lonely Road” and the announcement of THE NAVY ALBUM, arrive ahead of the GRAMMY® winning superstar celebrating the 5-year anniversary of his blockbuster album, PLEASE EXCUSE ME FOR BEING ANTISOCIAL, with a sold-out, hometown show set for tonight, December 6 at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium.
