Tiffany Co., has recently unveiled their first ever Blue Box Cafe that is nestled in the heart of Japan at their Ginza Flagship location. Ran and operated by renowned chef Natsuko Shoji, who was herald as Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2022. This Collaboration appears in the kitchen as the cafe blends Tiffany’s heritage with Shoji’s culinary history.
The brilliantly designed space exists on the fourth floor of the flagship venue, prepared to be a curated dining space that features menu items like “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” “Tiffany Afternoon Tea” and an all-day à la carte menu. Utilizing Japanese seasonal ingredients and giving each plating that New York flare is what this ding experience is made up of. Shoji’s menu checks all the demands like quaint cakes, detailed spreads and lavish tarts are at the heart of the offerings that are steeped in culture and aesthetic.
For the breakfast options, Shoji features ashi-infused soup, artisanal brioche and scrambled eggs inspired by tamagoyaki. For the all-day menu options, you will get a glimpse of wagyu tartare, seasonal fish and the signature “Cheesecake 727,” which hints at the Tiffany Fifth Avenue location’s address. Signature cocktails that bridge the East to West theme finishes off the menu selections.
The venue itself was re-imagined by architect Peter Marino who thoughtfully renovated the venue with touches to the main dining room, bar, private space and terrace overlooking Ginza. The space is layered in lavishness and expensive decor meant to express and embody the message of Tiffany Co.
Reservations are available exclusively through Tiffany’s official site, with booking windows opening two months in advance.
