Nike has decided to revisit some classic silhouettes and one from the early 2000 archives is the Air Max 95 Zip. This groundbreaking design was ahead of it’s time as it choice to hand in the traditional lacing method for a streamlined, zippered shroud, offering both a futuristic aesthetic and easy wearability.
The resurrected design is being delivered in two colorways of “Loyal Blue” and classic “Black“. The Loyal Blue rendition showcases a bold vibrant blue suede upper, which has contrasting highlights of bright orange seen on the mini-Swoosh and zip pull. A more classic and calm approach is the “Black” silhouette presented in a monochromatic design, utilizing premium hairy and smooth suede overlays. Both pairs keep true to the Air Max technology and aesthetic ensuring foundational comfort.
Each rendition of the Nike Air Max 95 Zip has it’s own release dates to look forward to. The “Loyal Blue” edit is set for release on November 6, while the “Black” pair is expected to drop later on December 1. The Nike release has a price tag of $210 USD (per pair) and will be made available via Nike’s webstore.
