Pagani Automobili recently announced the Italian auto-maker is planning to participate in the prestigious Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026. This announcement is a renewing between engineering excellence, art, and passion in one of the world’s most iconic automotive settings. For the entire duration of the event, the new Pagani stand will host a curated display of Hypercars that tell the Atelier’s vision: Pagani Zonda F Roadster, Pagani Utopia Roadster, and, in an absolute world premiere, the Pagani Huayra 70 Derecho, a new few-off creation born from the creative sanctuary of the Grandi Complicazioni division and second of the three Huayra 70 made to celebrate Horacio Pagani 70th birthday.
Pagani’s bond with Goodwood will come alive through an intense program of dynamic activities. At the center of attention for the Festival of Speed will be the world premiere of the Pagani Huayra 70 Derecho. The name recalls a rare and powerful atmospheric phenomenon: an organized storm system capable of generating straight-line winds of extraordinary intensity and sudden energy. Brought to life by the Grandi Complicazioni division as a bespoke project, the exterior of the Derecho is defined by an exclusive livery in Pearl Orange and Blue, developed to reveal the intricate Pagani fish-bone weave of the carbon fiber. The Inky Blue, deep and completely transparent, characterizes the lower sections and the interior monocoque, contributing to a perception of greater lightness and forward motion. The Pearl Orange defines the main body of the car, revealing warm golden reflections under direct sunlight that invite a closer, more intimate observation of its complex craftsmanship.
