Rising singer, songwriter and producer nomi. releases her captivating new song “right/left,” today.
The Earth Angel Records (Atlantic Records) supported single serves as a preview of nomi’s highly anticipated debut album, this wolf may cry, arriving October 30th. The single is accompanied by a vintage themed visual capturing nomi in these UK streets. As she frolics down London avenues, the songstress delivers a performance style rendition of the song. The track itself showcases nomi’s vocal sensibility as her vocals lead the soft production.
“right/left” talks about the man who can’t figure out which way he’s going, if he wants to be in the relationship or out. This song is a declaration…if he can’t get right, he can get left (behind). It’s playful and confident on the surface but underneath it’s really a message about not waiting around for someone who won’t treat you the way you deserve.

The new release follows a breakout run of singles. Songs like “raindance,” “badman,” “sweet talk,” and “what u want,” all paved the way. “right/left” is the first taste of what will prove to be a major breakthrough for nomi. Stay tuned for nomi’s upcoming album.
