• Under the dsigning eye of Beijing-based architecture firm anySCALE takes to one of the oldest mansions into a modern hotel. AnyScale had the mission to remodel a historic mansion in China’s Jiangxi province into a modern, high-end boutique hotel called the Wuyuan Skywells.

This 300-year old blueprint from this Huizhou-style structure has been retouched and redesigned with additions like the timber frame, brick and clay walls and ornate wooden interiors. The hotel’s details are as follows: 14 rooms and suites, modern bathroom, a formal hall, library, yard, welcoming bar and restaurant, all which receivng an elegant touch-up.
