Bryson Tiller has maintained a soft hiatus for the last couple of years, since the release of his sophomore album “True To Self“. A few single releases have kept fans close to his corner but a full project experience is still in the waits. As a true artist, Bryson does not let fans go to long without hearing from him and he does so with an outstanding collaboration. Teaming with QC Label’s top grosser, Lil Yachty, the tandem unites for a silky selection called “For Nothing“.
“For Nothing” is a brief ballad about the lack of necessity that others play in the story of our lives. Tiller and Yachty both make it very relevant that no woman or man is required for them to achieve happiness as the re-call their many trails and tribulations and the way they were able to overcome these. The support of others is a great resource to have but when many are using your for you title, gift or skillset, that need becomes a void you no longer seek to fill. The drum-less record truly showcases the two artist’s ability to design a great record simply off vocals.
Bryson Tiller has recently announced this is all gearing up to his forthcoming album dubbed Serenity.
