The Emory has officially opened their doors and has become London’s first ever all-suite hotel location. Comprised completely of suites, the Maybourne owned and operated lavish venue marks the 4th architectural structure built by firm RHSP.
Promptly placed in the heart of Belgravia, The Emory host 61 suites over nine floors that were brilliantly detailed by the late designer Richard Rogers, who passed away in 2021 alongside Ivan Harbour. Notes from Rogers design touch are displayed in the floor-to-ceiling windows along with select lighting choices. For the interior decor, Maybourne recruited a series of designers to outfit the venue. Two floors were cascaded with detail by designers like Alexandra Champalimaud, Andre Fu, Pierre-Yves Rochon and Patricia Urquiola, who added signature furniture pieces and paintings.
Additional amenities like the hotels kitchens, restaurants and bars all received makeovers delivered by French interior designer Rémi Tessier. Upscale decor is presented at every turn from the front entry walkways to even the lush courtyard corridors that lead to the bar. The hotel’s rooftop contains an additional bar and cigar bar, open exclusively to guests of The Emory.
The hotel is open now with suites starting at £2,040 GBP ($2,610 USD) per night and bookings are available on their main website.
