For their Fall 2024 capsule collection, KITH unveils a series of warm pieces of streetwear and formal styles, all draped in high quality fabrics and vibrant colorways. For this release, KITH offers up an extensive 32-look collection featuring seasonal designs of outerwear, suiting, shirting, knitwear, sets, footwear, bags and accessories.
For their lookbook, the New York-based brand headed to nature for their desired backdrop, which offers the perfect contrast to the aesthetic of the designs. Both the venue and the collection present subtle colorways that are fresh in hue but easy on the eyes. The earth-inspired hues from the series blend perfectly as the shades of dark green, brown and blue delay the sense of gaudiness but offer a more construct aura. Within the series, designs like flowers and paisley prints further express the nature theme. Adding visual value to the lookbook are the added indoor decor properly placed outdoors which further symbolizes the meshing of design worlds.
As for the collection itself, KITH skips no steps in making sure the closet has ample offerings from their detailed designers. Starting with outwear, the series introduces plenty of signature silhouettes brilliantly branded with KITH embroidering, stitching or print. Popular pieces from previous projects like the Avery Bomber Jacket, Wyona Full Zip, Madison Jacket and Nelson Hoodie all resurface drafted with slightly updated touches like added suede and shearling. Newly presented designs also debut such as the Knit Miles Hoodie, Williams V Full Zip Hoodie and Mesh Leon Jersey.
When preparing their more formal choices, KITH had obvious intent to elevate this department with their newly developed label Kith, &Kin. Enduring a new introduction, the label presents a series of suits, all free of labeling but steeped in detailed tailoring and quality fabrics. The collection makes use of less traditional fabrics such as vintage-washed satin, Turkish tropical wool and crushed velvet but maintains the brand design integrity.
Rounding off the capsule is the wide range of accessories including headwear, crossbody & duffle bags, totes, scarves, belts and more. Highlighted pieces like their silk scarves showcase the subtle sophistication. Footwear is also staple in the KITH culture and is also highlighted throughout the lookbook like Kith partnered with Blackstock & Weber again to bring the Ellis Penny Loafer, available in four colorways. KITH also decided to highlight another collaboration which recruits Converse for their Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Ox in new colors with the Kith monogram adorning it.
