Design| In Support of Design Miami.Paris, Louis Vuitton Presents “Objets Nomade” Furniture Expo

During Design Miami.Paris 2024 program, Louis Vuitton presents their Objets Nomades collection, which was curated in close collaboration with Estúdio Campana. celebrating the Brazilian studio’s 40th anniversary, the exhibition debuts a furniture project supporting the Objets Nomades partnership.

Objets Nomades collection touches up on the 2015 Humberto Campana-designed Cocoon Chair. For this releases iterations, their are 6 special editions inspired by traditional Brazilian folklore. A part of the series include pieces like the puffy cloud-inspired Bomboca (2017), the flower-shaped Bulbo chair (2019), and the Maracatu cabinet (2012), one of the first works Estúdio Campana made for the Objets Nomades collection.

Adding to the allure, Louis Vuitton presents the chairs inside their signature Apartment immersing visitors in the French luxury. High-end brand’s from across the globe filled the interior space that is adorned with innovative seating by collaborators like Frank Chou, Raw Edges and Zanellato/Borlotto. Of course Louis Vuitton took this time to also highlight other signature items such as trunks, fabrics, cushions, and even vases which simply elevates the decor.
