Baracuta and Barbour return for their third official collaborative collection, showcasing the brilliance in fusing two powerhouses in British heritage design and aesthetics. Of the collection, the series is focused around two signature outwear pieces that masterfully meld the two brands.
The featured components consist of a reinterpretation of the iconic G9 Harrington Jacket, which is reinforced by Barbour’s 8oz waxed cotton that provides superior weather resistance. Baracuta makes noticeable touches to this piece with their hallmark Fraser Tartan lining which implements a fuse of materials. The next highlighted item is the short-length reinterpretation of Barbour’s traditional Bedale Jacket, which is updated by Baracuta’s custom rib knit detailing at the cuffs and hem. The capsule concludes with additions that aren’t outerwear specific but instead are a range of versatile pieces such as a heavy-gauge knitwear, a rugged overshirt and functional, tailored trousers. Accessories are also a part of this capsule such as a waxed cotton bucket hat and a co-branded scarf.
The collection will be available globally from November 4th through Barbour and Baracuta‘s websites, as well as and select worldwide retailers.
