Renowned design house Noah has opened its doors to their first-ever Los Angeles Flagship location that boosts a 5,000 square foot space dedicated to being a store and cultural venue. The Estelle Baily-Babenzien designed space is parked at 911 North Orange Drive in the Sycamore District and fuses the community to an ultimate retail experience.
The construction of the venue is a direct reflection of the brand mantra and aesthetic with a centered skatebowl that anchors the space while the surroundings gives availability to the owners planned programming such as intimate dinners, panel discussions, book clubs, film screenings, and live performances. The retail component is strategically placed within the design framework , which is consistent with Noah’s Flagship aesthetic and their identity of an open community concept. Estelle’s approach to the design pays much homage to the Noah branding that fuses function with culture presented throughout the entire structure.
The store is placed in the Sycamore District which inspires retail and culture as the store is near venues like the Jeffrey Deitch Gallery which aids the culture along with locations like Nili Lotan, Officine Générale, and Jacques Marie Mage. The Los Angeles Noah Flagship is now open.
