Photographer Johnny Miller has recetnly released a project focused on the living social and economic inequality from around the world through drone photography. Naming his series Unequal Scenes, Johnny captures a series of ariel views of the dividing lines between poor and rich neighborhoods across major cities from Mumbai to Mexico City.
Miller’s journey started when he relocated to Cape Town, South Africa and took notice to the stark segregation of urban spaces. Through his discoveries from his drone photography, Johnny was inspired to dig deeper into more global metropolises with similar circumstances. His goal is to “provoke a dialogue which can begin to address the issues if inequality and disenfranchisement in a constructive and peaceful way.”
