Expected on January 13th, Nike is preparing to release their lightly colored rendition of the Nike Air Max 95‘s “Tattoo/Light Violet Ore“. This iteration of the renowned silhouette focuses on the ideology of the canvas for body art meeting subtle color additions.
This new colorway showcases a sophisticated gradient of Black, Velvet Brown, and Light Violet Ore. Placed in the signature wavy side panel, the colors go from light to dark colors of purple meant to resemble muscle fibers. However, the true standout detail is the etched “tattoo” motifs subtly integrated into the design, giving the sneaker a hand-drawn, artisanal feel. The designs popular “Big Bubble” Max Air unit placed in the heel and forefoot which plays into Nike’s 2026 retro strategy.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Tattoo/Light Violet Ore” is expected to be available January 13th with a price tag of $200 USD via via the Nike website.
